German technology with an Aluminium core tube bonded
by adhesive to the interior and exterior tube layers
of Polyethyelene(High Density and Medium Density).
This
engineered combination of materials provides the strength
of metal with longevity and durability of polyethyelene,
all in an easily handled and installed system.

STRUCTURE
JINDAL RIFENG
Composite Pipe is made of Five Layers. The inside &
outside layers comprise High Density Polyethylene(HDPE)
Cross-linked (PEX) or Medium Density Polyethylene (MPDE),
tightly bonded with melt adhesive to the mid layers of Aluminium
Core, which is longitudinally welded in an overlapping way.
COLD
& HOT WATER DISTRIBUTION
It has smooth
inside appearance and is rust- free & scale-free. This
leads to 30% more flow of water in Jindal Composite Pipe than
in metal tubes. Easily bended, installed directly on girder,
buried inside wall and cement concrete, Jindal Composite Pipe
can be found with a simple metal detector. Therefore, it is
extremely suitable for civil and industrial cold & hot
water systems.

DISTRIBUTION
OF GASES & AIR
The continually
welded middle layer of aluminium enables Jindal Composite
Pipe to stand high working pressure & ensures no gas (Oxygen)
permeability. It is bendable to decrease the fitting attached,
preventing leakage, which makes Jindal Composite Pipe appropriate
for compressed air gas & oxygen supply.

Pipe's inside & outside PE do not react with chemicals.
It is hygienic and safe, without any leakage. As medical &
oxygen supply pipe, it ensures safety and purity of its carrying
media. As foodstuff & industrial fluid supply pipe, it
is corrosion resistant & contamination resistant, which
ensures manufacturing of contamination-free foodstuff. Below
60 degree centigrade, PE is able to stand all kinds of (in
density) acid and alkali solutions. It is static resistant
and thus can be used in chemical industry without extra protection.
