M/S Universal tubes and pipes was established in August 1991 and located in STAR BUILDINGS, COCHIN (Ernakulam) on T.D.Road (North End).It was a humble beginning with three staffs and a store area of 600 sq.ft. Initially the company was dealing in many items like pipes, tubes, various fittings, sanitary fittings etc.
 

Within a short period, we realized, many products which give high profit margin were not upto the required quality and not worth its value.After careful analysis and study we identified and selected few high quality and inexpensive products with ISI or ISO 9001 certification etc.

Due to variety reduction we are able to place orders with high QUANTITY and avail quantity discount. We pass on this benefits to our customers and customer satisfaction is our motto.

We were the number one dealer of Sintex water tank and the recipient of BEST DISTRIBUTOR AWARD for five consecutive years from 1993. However to serve better our customers in quality,price and timely delivery, we explore the possibility of getting a new water tank.The result was the birth of our own brand SONA STORAGE WATER TANK.


Our sister concern Universal Combines is the sole distributor of Sona water tank.Now Sona water tank has become most preferred water tank in the Central and South Kerala, and making 2 lakhs to 2.5 lakhs liters tanks per month.
